Hello All! So I am finally getting around to what you have been
wanting me to do. I am going to publish my weekly meal plans along with
as many of the recipes as possible. I am new to the blog stuff, so
please know I maybe changing a lot of things around and getting it as
easy for you as I can to navigate and view what is going on.
I
am going to start off by saying that I have lost 102lbs (so far). I
have tried every diet plan out there believe me! What I am finding that
works for me is something that works for your lifestyle. For me, I can't
say I need to loose 10lbs here or there so I can't have bad foods for
now, because that just doesn't work. I have found that eating as healthy
as possible works for me. I have found healthier versions of my
favorite and smarter choices help. I am currently in Weight Watchers and
to me it was the final puzzle piece for getting back on track to the
way I want to look, feel, and eat! I have about 7lbs. more to loose to
qualify to become a lifetime member.
I am going to try
to post my meals for the week which will be mostly dinner meals. If you
have any questions about certain foods, please let me know. I am not a
nutritionist by any means, but I have researched PLENTY about foods and
different ingredients in foods and how they work with the body. The
foods I choose are as natural as possible and the most wholesome also. I
like to use lots of organic foods and ingredients as well. I know the
world doesn't have as pure foods as I would like them to have, so I do
what I can especially living in Minot, ND. The options are simply not
there, or the options are WAY out of my budget. I give myself about an
80/20 ratio. With birthdays, school lunches, daycare, and quick food
stops, there is no way I can get my number much higher. :)
A
bit about me. I have been married for 2 years to a wonderful husband
and between us we have 4 children. I have one from a previous marriage,
and he has 2 from a previous marriage also. About 7 and a half months
ago I gave birth to ours! So with all the crazy going on in our house
and all the different tastes, my meal plans can get interesting. I try
to keep it easy and as kid friendly as possible. Again, if you have
