Back to the blog!

So... Miss me? I am sure no one really has. :) I don't have lots of followers... yet... BUT I am going to get back to my weekly menu plans and recipes as I have had so much interest from my co-workers and fellow facebookers. I don't have a meal plan this week, but will post my next weeks on Sunday and my recipes too.  So please sit tight! I am going to do this.

October Unprocessed!!!!!

Let's strive for it this next month. I will post some really helpful items to get us though the non pre-made food days to come!  Once we can get though the unprocessed time, it will be much easier for you (and I) to stay healthy and keep on goals. Trust me, Doritos DO NOT taste the same after you don't have them for a long time... even other sugary foods will start to suck. SERIOUS! If you think it isn't possible, I am living proof it is. If you are with me, we can get some real food going up on this page! If you have any requests let me know, I also have my youtube page to post my how-to's.
